The Pompey midfielder believes he is performing to the peak of his powers as links of london he readies himself to take on the Potters at Fratton Park tomorrow.

The Blues are eight points from safety going into this weekend's Premier League fixtures, and know they have to close that gap if they are to have a realistic chance of turning around their season.

But Avram Grant's men head into the game boosted by last weekend's 4-1 demolition-derby win over deadly rivals Southampton in the FA Cup.

They are winless in the league in 2010, however, and have picked up just two points from their past seven fixtures.

Thomas sabo charms

This is probably the best form
I have been in in my life, to be honest.

'I'm really playing well and I feel I'm consistent in every game. As a midfielder you want to be consistent every week, so that's pleasing.

'I want to add a few goals to my game, but I'm enjoying my football.

'I'm playing every week and the fans are great with me. What more could I want?

'I want to play and it's a fantastic club.
'I wanted to be here for the season and come back.

'There is a lot of history here and Portsmouth have been in the Premier League for seven years now.

'I'm playing Premier League football every week. Why wouldn't I want to be here?'

O'Hara has called on Pompey to continue the devastating counter-attacking which put Southampton to the sword last weekend.

Grant's side smashed in four goals in 19 minutes after a tactical change from their manager.

The Israeli focused on exposing their opponents by sitting back and then using Pompey's pace to hurt them.

O'Hara feels that is the way the Blues should be playing every week.

He said: 'When we hit teams on Replica prada wholesale the counter we can hurt sides.

'That's how the top teams play. With people like Quincy, Nadir and Aruna we have so much pace and power. There is so much energy in the side. That is how we should be playing every week.

'We should be hitting teams on the break. We should be soaking up pressure and then countering.

'We looked devastating playing that way in the second-half last weekend.'
